Landscape Design Process
Serving you by deftly navigating the shallower tributaries teeming with decisions, Wide Waters will wisely whisk you to the open waters of your project's voyage.

Our Landscape Design Process in four easy steps
Feasibility Study
Prepare to set sail.
Conceptual Analysis
Quick route planning and charting.
Technical Development
Take stock. Consult wisely. Stow cargo.
Design Delivery
Your Dreams are visualized completely.
Project Feasibility Study
Here we meet! We discuss your incoming requirements and assess if Wide Waters can meet your goals and expectations.
Intake Questionaire
This in-depth guide provides the needed information to create the first project documents, your goals and your constraints
Introductory Discussion
We can call or meet onsite to discuss those main targets to achieve and precisely what they look like.
Service Proposal
You will (if needed) be provided a full breakdown of deliverables and what the expectations are for project completion.
Conceptual Analysis
Time to measure! Navigating the waters of technical consultations and site analysis, we sound the depths of your projects limits and boundaries.
Site Analysis
Here we will travel your property to study how the local flora and fauna will be suited to a managed ecosystem. A bio-ecological landscape assessment will be paired will surface scanning to gather geological and hydro-logical data.
Element Planning
The core functions and requirements are prioritized to envision the best possible combination of wise allotments. Here the design style considerations are used to mold the space use and flow while it is most fluid.
Concept Presentation
The initial rough draft of the project layout, components, and plans. Quick and iterative renderings will assist in authorization for development.
Technical Development
Stay humble, ask others. Once here, other experienced individuals or teams will be requested to ensure quality for every day at sea.
Industry Consultations
As needed, some specific experienced engineers, architects, or technicians may be required to specify needs that arise for: Geo-technical surveying, Structural engineering, or other regulatory required assessments.
Development Meeting
When the greatest portion of the details are dealt with, a full project budget is discussed that incorporates a full scope of the projects targets and constraints.
Mid-Design Presentation
The site layout plan is presented, which will be close to complete after all the constraints have been grappled with.

Design Delivery
A fully painted picture of your far shore. Not only can we find our destination, but have plotted our course to get there.
Industry Consultations
Any final integrations or adjustments to engineering constraints that would affect further regulatory approval
Final Design Presentation
The last island of decision to stop at, and every detail of the plan is laid out for you to confirm.
Design Handover
The shallow waters are behind, and open water lays ahead. Your vision is ready to brave the commitment of a full crossing, and your project construction contractor is given all of the design information needed to weigh anchor.
